Preparation conditions and substitution influence on structure and dielectric properties of Pb2Mg1-xMnxWO6 compounds

摘要
In order to study the influence of the preparation conditions and Mn2+ substitution on the structure and dielectric properties, we present X-ray diffraction and dielectric constant measurements on Pb2Mg1-xMnxWO6-type compounds with x = 0: 0.01, 0.05, 0.3 and 0.5. By Mn substitutions for Mg a small increase of the lattice parameters is observed. The Curie temperature increases linearly with Mn content.
