摘要
Magnetic ordering of CuFe0.95Al0.05O2 was studied by neutron scattering. CuFe0.95Al0.05O2 exhibits a quasi-long-range order below a pseudo-Neel temperature, T-N 13.5 K The magnetic structure is a helical structure with the propagation vector (0.196 0.196 3/2). However, a true long-range order is not established even at 1.7 K. Neutron spin-echo measurements revealed that the ordered magnetic moment becomes static below TN. The existence of the helical structure suggests that an Ising anisotropy of CuFeO2 is weak.
