Cu(II) complex of the double-armed p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene conjugate possessing imine functionality at the lower rim was synthesized and was characterized by analytical, spectral and crystallographic methods and its catecholase activity was evaluated. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
