Self-consistent relaxation of the electron energy distribution function in excited H2 postdischarges

摘要
A collisional radiative model for both H and H-2 species coupled with a time-dependent Boltzmann equation is used to show structures in the electron energy distribution function in the post discharge regime. These structures are due to collisions of the second kind between cold electrons and vibrationally and electronically excited H* and H-2* species. [S1063-651X(99)09203-X].
