摘要：

Five new bisdesmosidic saponins (1-5) were isolated from the aerial parts of Tupidanthus calyptratus. Their structures were determined by H-1-H-1 correlation spectroscopy (COSY, TOCSY, ROESY) and H-1-C-13 correlation (HSQC, HMBC) NMR experiments, FABMS, and chemical data.
