摘要
Polarization reversal and domain dynamics have been investigated in 0.7Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3) O-3-0.3PbTiO(3) using a method of current transients. Investigations were performed as a function of applied electric field. The kinetics of the transients have been modeled to an equation of state for heterogeneous nucleation in the vicinity of random fields. Nucleation of polar clusters with a reversed polarization occurs under applied field in the vicinity of randomly quenched defects. (C) 2001 American Institute of Physics.
