摘要：

Diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) - Dextran (Dx) enhanced the intensity of bioluminescence from firefly luciferase-luciferin reaction with adenosine-5'-triphosphate (ATP). The detection limit for ATP was 5 x 10(-12) M in the presence of DEAE-Dx, and was improved a factor of three times compared to that in the absence of DEAE-Dx.
