Effect of Mn-doping on the morphotropic phase boundary of PZN-BT-PT system

摘要
The effects of Mn-doping on the position and shape of morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) in the PZN-BT-PT system was examined. Phase identification of the fired samples crushed into powders was carried by high temperature x-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements. The development of line splitting upon cooling was suggestive occurence of rhomohedral to teragonal phase transition in the XRD profiles of base and doped composition.
