The synthesis of vinyl aziridines, by the reactions of a range of diphenylphosphinyl and p-toluenesulfonyl alkyl aldimines with the ylide derived from S-allyl tetrahydrothiophenium bromide, are reported. (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
