摘要：

In the title complex, [Co(C6H4O2N)(3)].H2O, the cobalt(III) ion shows a distorted octahedral coordination, comprising three N-atom donors and three O-atom donors from three bidentate pyridine-2-carboxylate ligands. The uncoordinated water molecule interacts with nearby carboxyl groups of the pyridine-2-carboxylate ligands by way of O - H...O hydrogen bonds.
