摘要：

A simple synthesis of amorphous, soluble and low-refractive index fluoropolymers, such as tetrafluoroethylene, by the ionic addition of available fluoroolefins to poly(vinyl alcohol) is presented. The ether linkage is hydrolytically stable, and the hydrogen in the tetrafluoroethoxy side chain improves the solubility in organic solvents.
