摘要
The NF-kappa B (nuclear factor kappa B) transcription factors control cell survival, proliferation and innate and adaptive immune response. Post-translational modifications of key components of the NF-kappa B pathway provide the molecular basis for signal transmission from the cell membrane to the nucleus. Here, we describe the involvement of different types of ubiquitin modification in the regulation of the NF-kappa B signalling pathway.
