Influence of site percolation and local distortion on lithium ion conductivity in perovskite-type oxides La0.55Li0.35-xKxTiO3 and La0.55Li0.35TiO3-KMO(3) (M=Nb and Ta)

摘要
In order to attain a higher lithium ion conductivity in perovskite-type oxide the effect of elemental substitution was investigated for solid solution systems (1-x)La0.55Li0.35TiO3-xKNbO(3), (1-x)La0.55Li0.35TiO3-xKTaO(3) and La0.55Li0.35-xKxTiO3. The results were explained by considering the effects of lattice expansion, site percolation and local distortion of the lattice.
