摘要：

Crystal structure determination for C-70(CF3)(8)center dot PhMe revealed that the eight CF3 groups in the C-70(CF3)(8) molecule are situated in a para(7) string around the equator of the C-70 cage; the molecule of C-70(CF3)(8) is isostructural with the known methylated and phenylated derivatives of C-70, C70Me8 and C70Ph8.
