摘要：

Arthroscopy of the I-Lip is an effective, reproducible outpatient procedure. The key to a successful result lies in proper patient selection as well as careful technical execution of the procedure. This chapter details the indications, pertinent extraarticular and intraarticular anatomy, and technical aspects of performing arthroscopy in the supine position. The advantages of tl-tis approach include ease of patient positioning, familiar orientation for the surgeon, and user-friendly layout of the operating room.
