摘要
System analyzing size, resonance effects in nanotubes by superposing spectrum of electromagnetic, acoustic, matter waves an unique opportunity for triple photo-acousto-electronic (P-A-E) super-resonance in nanotubes and nanombular 2D crystals is predicted theoretically in first time on some sole frequency named as the "super-resonance frequency". Under diminishing of diameter of nanotube based on superconducting substance a quantum size effect arose inevitably leading to a resonance enhancement of electron-phonon interaction that manifest itself in the origin of superconducting state. Under interaction of nanotube in magnetic field with electromagnetic waves on this superfrequency a photo-acoustic, photo-electronic, and a combined photo-acousto-electronic super-resonance is possible to arise. The superresonance frequency is novel characteristic of matter inherent to nanombular crystals. It is determined by unique combination of all parameters, the nanotube material, the type and size of nanotube, the type and parameters of nanotubular crystal, the value of external magnetic field and frequency of electromagnetic influence. In such a state the 2D nanotubular crystal is defined here as novel structural state of matter with unique proper-ties, because of a possibility to transform and to pump all three kinds of vibration energy (electrons, photons, and phonons) across each other without loss in such miracle crystal. By possible applications a room-T-c superconductor, a phonon quantum generator (phaser), a noiseless lossless nanoantenna on the super-frequency, a low-barrier emitter for flat display, a solar cell with record efficiency, etc., where advanced.
