Chirality-sensing supramolecular systems

An overview about the supramolecular systems for chirality-sensing regarding its key areas and some examples is given. There were five distinct aspects of discussions to be considered. First, the different manifestations of (supra)-molecular chirality has been discussed. Second, some recent works particularly on the asymmetry induction and control in various host-guest assemblies and the enantiodiscrimination in host-guest systems. Third, a consideration will be given that will be dealing with the various external and internal modulating stimuli in a chirality. Fourth, the different branches of chirogenesis that will illustrate well the rational design of sophisticated supramolecular systems will be shown. Lastly, the current limitations and some possible approaches to solve such problems will be discussed.
