摘要
From the analyses of the recent data of neutrino oscillation experiments (especially the CHOOZ and the super-Kamiokande experiments), we discuss how these data affect the neutrinoless double beta decay ((beta beta)(ov)) rate and vice versa assuming that neutrinos are Majorana particles. For the case of m(1) similar to m(2) much less than m(3) (m(i) are neutrino masses), we obtain, from the data of the CHOOZ and super-Kamiokande, 0.28 less than or similar to sin(2) theta(23) less than or similar to 0.76 and sin(2) theta(13) less than or similar to 0.05 Combining the latter constraint with the analysis of the "averaged" neutrino mass [m(nu)] appeared in (beta beta)0(nu), we find that [m(nu)]-m(2)/m(3)-m(2) < = sin(2) theta(13) less than or similar to 0.05, which leads to the constraint on [m(nu)] as [m(nu)] less than or similar to 0.05m(3) + (1 - 0.05)m(2). For the case of m(1) much less than m(2) similar to m(3), we find that the data of neutrino oscillation experiments and (beta beta)0(nu) imply the following constraints of mixing angles: if 0.95m(3) less than or similar to [m(nu)] < m(3), 0 less than or equal to sin(2) theta(13) less than or equal to m(3)+[m(nu)]/2m(3). If [m(nu)] less than or similar to 0.95m(3), [m(nu)]-(1-0.05)m(3)/[m(nu)]-(1+0.05)m(3) less than or similar to sin(2) theta(12) less than or equal to 1 and (1-0.05)m(3)-[m(nu)]/2m(3) less than or similar to sin(2) theta(13) less than or similar to m(3)+[m(nu)]/2m(3).
