摘要：

The novel monoazadirhodaborane [1-Et-6,7-(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(2)-closo-1,6,7-NRh2B7H7], of ten-vertex stretched close-type geometry, has been isolated in 6% yield from the reaction in tetrahydrofuran between [{RhCl2(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))}(2)], NaH and [EtH(2)NB(8)H(11)-NHEt]; the latter azaborane compound therefore exhibits good augury as a potentially interesting and useful azametallaborane synthon.
