摘要
The results in this study confirm and expand previous reports that ischemia-modified albumin (IMA) is an early marker of ischemia in the setting of percutoneous coronary intervention (PCl). We observed that IMA levels are related to the number of inflations, inflation pressure, and duration of inflations. It is therefore likely that IMA reflects the magnitude and duration of ischemia induced during PCl. (C) 2003 by Excerpto Medica, Inc.
