摘要
Ti-47Al-2W-0.5Si alloy is a developed γ-TiAl based alloy that has excellent creep resistance. The additions of W and Si play an important role in improving the creep resistance. Silicon has an extrinsic effect through the formation of ζ-Ti5Si3 particles, especially at the interfaces of (α2 + γ) lamellar structure. W can also improve the creep resistance through the formation of the B2 particles at the lamellar interfaces. Due to the β stabilization effect of W, blocky B2 phase is always formed in this alloy. In the B2 phase, Ti5Si3 particles are often formed. The orientation relationship between the Ti5Si3 precipitates and B2 phase was investigated.
