摘要：

Median value and median interval of a fuzzy number are investigated. Effects of concentration and dilation of a trapezoidal fuzzy number on the location of the median value and the median interval are studied. Relationship between the median interval and the mean interval is explored. Central value and central interval of a fuzzy number are proposed. (c) 2004 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
