摘要
[Cu(O(t)Bu)](4) reacts with the alkyne 3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-1-thia-4-cycloheptyne (tmtch, 1) to form the two complexes [Cu-4(O(t)Bu)(4)(tmtch)(2)] (6) and [Cu(O(t)Bu)(tmtch)](2) (4) respectively. The structure of 4 was determined by X-ray diffraction (dinuclear copper complex with bridging O(t)Bu anions), Complex 4 reacts with cyclopentadiene (C5H6) to give the mononuclear compound [Cu(C5H5)(tmtch)] (7). [Cu-2(O3SCF3)(2)(C6H6)] and [Cu(CH3CN)(4)]BF4 react with tmtch to form [Cu(O3SCF3)(tmtch)](n) (8) and [Cu(BF4)(CH3CN)(tmtch)](n) (9). In the solid-state, compound 8 exists as a linear polymer with bridging S-, C equivalent to C-coordinated tmtch ligands (X-ray structure determination).
