摘要
The novel furanomycin analogues 8 and 17 were synthesized as mixture of two diastereomers using the gold-catalyzed cycloisomerization of alpha-hydroxyallenes as the key step. Compared to the traditional use of stoichiometric amounts of silver salts, gold catalysis is much more efficient for the cyclization of highly functionalized substrates.
