摘要
The study investigates quantitatively the acid-base properties of 5-deoxy-5,5-difluoro-myo-inositol-1,2,6-tris(phosphate) at an inframolecular level by considering the microscopic protonation constants. By comparison with alpha-trinositol, its inositol parent compound, conclusions are drawn about the influence of an hydroxyl group vicinal to a phosphate group.
