摘要：

Pancreatic trauma and inflammation are common after upper abdominal surgery. Pancreatitis can lead to systemic fat necrosis and has been observed in areas such as the subcutaneous, skeletal, synovial, pericardial, pleural, and osseous tissues. Scintigraphic findings of fat necrosis are not well described. A case of subcutaneous fat necrosis after upper abdominal surgery for lymphoma that demonstrated significant gallium uptake is described.
