摘要：

A multifunctional spectrofluorimeter is described, based on double grating monochromators in both excitation and emission paths. Instead of Glan prisms, commonly used in anisotropy measurements, Wollaston prisms were applied. This results in a large increase of Light throughput, which significantly increases the sensitivity. Luminescence measurements of various sample types are possible, in a wide and precisely controlled temperature range. (C) 1998 American Institute of Physics. [S0034-6748(98)01206-4].
