摘要：

Reaction of 1 equivalent of N-alpha-acetyl-cis-4-azido-L-proline with I equivalent of an aldehyde and a catalytic amount of Pd-C under an H-2 atmosphere cleanly and efficiently yields the corresponding N-alpha-acetyl-cis-4-(N-gamma-alkylamino)-L-proline derivative.
