Revised assignment of H-1-NMR signals of artemisinic acid

摘要
The correct H-1-NMR assignment of artemisinic acid was achieved through COSY, HETCOR, DEPT, J-resolved, and NOESY techniques. The present experiments supplemented by molecular mechanics calculations could correct some previously misinterpreted signals, notably of H-2s, H-3s, and H-6. The results should be helpful in further work with this important artemisinin-analogue precursor.
