摘要
A study was performed on the preparation of TiO2 photocatalysts by high-temperature oxidation of TiC powders at 623-1073 K in air. The structural and photocatalytic properties of the samples were investigated. The crystallographic structures and surface morphologies of the powders were analyzed by the x-ray diffraction measurements (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively.
