摘要
The design, principle of operation, and characteristics of a new type of magnetic field sensor are described. The sensor is based on magnetoelectric effects in a multilayer thick film ferrite-piezoelectric structure. Such sensors are self-powered and provide direct conversion of magnetic field into an electrical signal. The sensor allows measurements of low-frequency magnetic fields.
