摘要：

The development of inspection and monitoring techniques for civil infrastructure systems, such as highway viaducts, is an urgent need to diagnose the condition of the deteriorating structures or seismically damaged structures. This paper introduces the advanced non-destructive inspection techniques for seismically damaged structure by 1995 Hyogo-ken Nanbu earthquake and also advanced maintenance monitoring system for deteriorating structures developed by Hanshin expressway public corporation, Japan.
