摘要
(Chemical Equation Presented) Well-defined conjugates between DNA and heme enzymes are accessible by the reconstitution of apo-enzymes with covalent hemin-DNA adducts (see picture). This concept allows access to novel redox catalysts with programmable binding properties that may be applied as biocatalysts, sensors, and biomaterials. © 2005 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
