We have prepared the CoSb3-FeSb2 composite with MG technique and investigated the Seebeck coefficient, electrical resistivity and thermal conductivity to estimate the corresponding figure of merit. The electrical resistivity and thermal conductivity of the composite are smaller than those of CoSb3. The less increase of the electrical resistivity and the decrease of the thermal conductivity are ascribed to the low resistivity of FeSb2 and the enhancement of the phonon scattering caused by the dispersion of FeSb2 into the matrix. As a result, the composite whose molar ratio of CoSb3 to FeSb2 is 0.8 : 0.2 and MG time is 25h has a maximum value of figure of merit of 5.5 x 10(-4) K-1 at 756K.
