摘要
A new setup for high-energy microtomography using synchrotron radiation at beamline BW5, HASYLAB at DESY, is presented. Results demonstrating the high spatial resolution by performing attenuation-contrast microtomography in the photon-energy range of 60 to 150 keV are given. The feasibility for investigation of larger samples by applying scanning techniques is demonstrated.
