摘要：

Diuretic renography is the most widely used noninvasive test for characterization of the renal functional abnormalities resulting from ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Since O'Reilly and colleagues introduced the procedure to clinical practice in the late 1970s, numerous modifications and improvements to the technique have been introduced. This review provides an overview of diuretic renography as well as an update regarding recent consensus reports that outline preferred standard protocols.
