摘要
Calcium-phosphate films with gradient composition were formed on alumina ceramics by spray-pyrolysis technique. The crystalline phases of the resulting films were of the hydroxyapatite (HAp) and tricalcium phosphate (TCP). The TCP/HAp molar ratio increased on going from the substrate side to the surface. The resulting film was porous; the pore-size distributions mainly were in the ranges from 1000 to 10 mum, from 10 to 1 mum and submicrometers. A cell-culture test using an osteoblastic cell (MC3T3-E1) showed that the resulting porous films had excellent biocompatibilities.
