MnO2/polyimide hybrid materials prepared with a convenient ultraviolet irradiation technique

摘要
A novel ultraviolet irradiation technique was developed to synthesize manganese dioxide-polyimide hybrids. The hybrids were characterized by FTIR, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It was found that the MnO2 particles were of nanometric scale and well dispersed in the MnO2/polyimide hybrids prepared by this method. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
