摘要
This article examines the long-term cellular neuroadaptations that underlie the interactions between the pharmacology of cocaine and the learned associations made with the pharmacologic effect of the drug. The neuroadaptations are placed in a spectrum from those most influenced by the pharmacologic, nonassociative action of the drug, to those most likely to result from learned associations made by the organism.
