Synthesis and characterization of non-crystalline mesoporous silicon oxynitride MCM-41 with high nitrogen content

摘要
Mesoporous silicon oxynitrides MCM-41 are synthesized successfully. The resulting materials show not only high nitrogen con.. tent, but also have good structural characteristics of MCM-41 (high surface area, narrow pore size distribution, and good order). The composition and structure of the materials were investigated by CNH analysis, IR spectra, Si-29 MAS NMR CP spectra, XRD, high-resolution TEM and N-2 sorption measurements. Mesoporous silicon oxynitrides MCM-41 are still amorphous after nitridatior at high temperature and for a long time. (c) 2005 Published by Elsevier B.V.
