Effects of inelastic scattering on the superconducting and normal state electronic Raman response

摘要
We studied the effect of inelastic scattering on the normal and superconducting state Raman response for a system with d(x)2(-y)2 pairing symmetry. In the normal state, the model gives a broad nearly Rat electronic background over a large energy scale. as is observed in experiments. The low frequency behaviour of the B-1g superconducting response is seen to crossover from an omega(3) to a linear omega dependence as the temperature is increased towards T-c. The linear dependence of the low frequency B-2g spectrum is conserved. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
