摘要
The regulation of many targets of the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway is thought to occur through a transcriptional switch that is achieved by beta-catenin binding to TCF transcription factors. Recent work indicates that beta-catenin's intrinsic affinity for TCF is not sufficient for the switch to occur.
