Magnetic exchange interactions in perovskite LaMnO3/LaMO3 (M = Ni, Co, Cr, Fe) superlattices

摘要
We have formed ferromagnetic La1-deltaMnO3/magnetic LaMO3 (M = Ni, Co, Cr, Fe) superlattices. In [LaMnO3](m)/[LaNiO3](m) superlattices, when m greater than or equal to 2 unit cells, ferromagnetic property is same as that of single phase LaMnO3 film with T-C of 130 K. When m becomes 1 unit cell, Te is increased up to 210 K. In [LaMnO3](1)/[LaMO3](1) superlattices, the reduction (M = Cr, Fe) and enhancement (M = Co, Ni) of Te have been observed. We present the expression of Te on the basis of molecular field picture and explain that the ferromagnetism is systematically affected by neighboring magnetic layers through the interface.
