摘要
The fungal genus Cunninghamella, in particular, Cunninghamella echinulata AS 3.1990 selectively transformed 2 alpha,5 alpha,10 beta,14 beta-tetra-acetoxy-4(20),11-taxadiene(1) to give 6 alpha,10 beta-dihydroxy- 2 alpha,5 alpha,14 beta-triacetoxy-4(20),11-taxadiene(2) in moderate yield (33%), along with 6 beta,10 beta-dihydroxy-2 alpha,5 alpha,14 beta-triacetoxy-4(20),11-taxadiene(3), 10 beta-hydroxy-2 alpha,5 alpha,14 beta-triacetoxy-taxadiene(4), 10 beta-hydroxy-4 beta,20-epoxy-2 alpha 5 alpha,14 beta-triacetoxy-tax-11-ene(5) as minor products.
