摘要
A series of samples belonging to the ceria-zirconia solid solution has been investigated from the point of view of surface impurities, via TPO/TPD and FTIR spectroscopy. Species likely due either to the precursors or to atmospheric contamination have been taken into account and their stability has been studied following two different thermal treatments. A complete cleaning treatment is proposed in order to obtain powders of satisfactory quality for catalytic purposes.
