摘要
This paper describes the application of several chemometric strategies for evaluating inhibition data obtained with a system of three enzyme electrodes. The acquisition of these data has been reported before. Using cluster analysis, factor analysis and multidimensional variance and discriminant analysis, the internal pattern of the pesticide data could be recognized as well as the relationships between the variables defined by the pesticides. The application of experimental design on experiments with model mixtures of two pesticides and mercury demonstrates that additive, antagonistic or synergetic mixture effects may be registered as occurring in the environment.
