摘要
A 30-years service life is expected for photovoltaic modules to get photovoltaic attractive from economical point of view. Accelerated ageing test under the influence of elevated temperature 80 degreesC, humidity 70 % and under the 1500 V dc high voltage stress was used to study the behaviour of solar cells and modules properties and the behaviour of encapsulant. The EVA and silicon rubber was used to encapsulate the photovoltaic cells into panel. The current-voltage characteristics in the dark and under illumination and insulation resistance of encapsulant have been used to check the behaviour of aged cells and panels.
