摘要
Carbonaceous thin film electrodes were prepared by plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition (plasma CVD). Surface of the thin film electrodes were modified by O-2 plasma. The effect of surface modification was studied by Raman spectroscopy and XPS measurements. O-2 plasma modification decreased the reduction current at about 0.6 V vs. Li/Li+ in the cyclic voltammograms at the 1st cycle, which was attributed to the formation of solid electrolyte interface (SEI), which was clarified by using the electrolyte. containing vinylene carbonate (VC) and ethylene sulfite (ES) as additives. Effect of surface plasma modification for the thin film electrodes on SEI formation was discussed.
