摘要：

Airway lesions are frequently overlooked clinically and radiographically, but if they are suspected, the differential diagnosis for these diseases is limited. The increased use of chest CT to delineate lung abnormalities may lead to the incidental detection of more tracheobronchial abnormalities. Familiarity with the appearances of more typical airway abnormalities should improve diagnosis and patient care.
