摘要
The purpose of the present work is an elaboration a five-frame phase-shifting algorithm. which is insensitive to a bias intensity modulation introduced by a laser diode used as a phase shifter. This study, based on Fourier description, gives criterions on frequency spectra of sampling functions. The linear phase-shift miscalibration and the quadratic nonlinearity of detector error are evaluated for these algorithms. (C) 2001 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
